The Egyptian African Businessmen Association, led by Yousry El-Sharkawy, continues its efforts to strengthen the presence of Egyptian businesses across Africa by encouraging its members to expand into key regional markets and build strategic partnerships.
El-Sharkawy emphasized that the association adopts a proactive approach aimed at empowering new segments of Egypt’s business community to engage more deeply within the African continent. This includes providing guidance, market insights, and organizing diverse activities, supported by more than 22 specialized committees covering various economic sectors.
In this context, AMSEO Industries, one of the association’s active member companies, is participating in MedExpo Kenya 2026 held in Nairobi. The company is showcasing Egyptian-made medical products, including orthopedic plates and screws, manufactured according to international quality standards.
El-Sharkawy noted that this participation reflects the association’s broader vision of expanding cooperation across African markets and creating new opportunities for Egyptian products, particularly in the growing healthcare sector.
For his part, Tamer Abu Hemeila, Chairman of AMSEO Industries and Deputy Head of the Public Health Committee at the association, expressed his pride in taking part in the exhibition. He highlighted that engaging with industry professionals and partners reinforces confidence in the competitiveness of Egyptian products on both regional and global levels.
He added that the company remains committed to innovation, quality, and regional expansion, carrying a clear vision to strengthen its footprint across Africa, starting from Egypt.
